I was talking to a home owner about my boss how he dont have workmans comp and that when someone got hurt he just turned the other cheek. in fact would not even get up to help that person, that got hurt, he called for someone else, and sat on his ass. well seems the other employee was standing there with me and agreed with me when i was telling this to the home owner we where doing a job for.
Well the next day this person tells the boss what i was saying. so it was brought up that morning the boss was kinda disapponted but did not say much about it. so we went to work seems the snitch rode with the boss all day and just kept feeding the boss this. So when the day was done i got my check for that day and was fired for telling the truth.
Pretty funny when theboss tells the other employee that has been there for 5 years tells me that if it happens again then he will take action but turns out not the case.
the bosses name is Michael l Fisher of Missouri. also known has Fishers concrete contruction.
Any hoot some help would be nice for this issue.

What does anyone say about that, other than some friend that turned out to be. I am sure you can say there that what goes around comes around. And his day, which in turn, will be your day, will come. So that will back fire on hime for sure. Very sorry to hear about it my friend.

I am sorry you faced this unfortunate situation.Its terrible at this time of year someone would come to do something so terrible. I am also sorry to say ,that many would go behind someone to undermine you in this day in time,but it happens every day in the industry.

I thought it was against the law not to have workman’s comp. It is unusual to see a situation like this where someone isn’t saying “lawsuite”. You are a good man to walk away and just let God take revenge. Hats off to you. He will get his; they both will.
yes i will be looking into the law on workmans comp. but hey he will get his a thing called (Karma).
WOW so sorry to hear this Ron – but at this point you could take legal action and force them to give you your job back – but at this point would you really want to work there after he was forced to give your job back.
The other thing also is that if this is how he is operating his business then you can be sure it would come down to your word again his on why he fired you and I’m sure his story would not match yours.
